By checking this box, I agree to pay for the services above. The balance of my account will be payable in full upon completion of the service. I further agree to abide by RedNeck Limo Rules & Regulations. All damages are determined by RedNeck Limo Service. I understand and agree to pay the entire contract if cancellation policy is not followed. The number of hours I indicate on the contract is the minimum number of hours I agree to pay. I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental period.

The order will be revised by office personnel. In the event that incorrect amounts are entered, the correct sum will be processed and the customer notified.

RedNeck Limo Service is not responsible for incorrect information entered in this form, which may cause delays or inability to provide the service. In that event, any fees charged will not be refunded.

Your time starts at the first pickup location.

There is NO GUARANTEE THAT OVERTIME HOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE,
so book appropriately.

GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE.

All TIPS are kept by the driver and are GREATLY APPRECIATED

  • 1. No BODY PARTS out of the Sun Roofs or Windows, while the vehicle is moving.
    YOU will be ticketed by the police if pulled over.
  • 2. No alcohol consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Violation may result in early trip termination - NO REFUNDS.
  • 3. NO SMOKING inside the limousine. A $100.00 charge per incident will apply - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • 4. All toll and parking fees are not included in rental rate and are paid by you.
  • 5. A $10.00 per glass fee for broken or missing glasses.
  • 6. A $100.00 cleanup fee will be charged for excessive matter/mess left in limousine (i.e. vomit, candy, etc.) Ask driver for plastic bag.
  • 7. All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver - NO REFUNDS.
  • 8. You agree to pay for any and all damage caused by your party during this rental period.
  • 9. RedNeck Limo Service is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
  • 10. No illegal drug use of any kind will be tolerated. Violation will result in early trip termination - NO REFUNDS.
  • 11. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at regular hourly rate and you agree to pay all overtime charges.
  • 12. Cancellations must be received in writing or via e-mail 7 days prior to your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full contract amount.
  • 13. You agree that a replacement limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, accident, etc.
  • 14. All entertainment CDs, DVDs and VHS tapes are to be provided by you.

I authorize RedNeck Limo Service to charge for any of the following fees: deposit, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle and for all services rendered. I further understand and agree to the length, usage and any charges incurred. The number of hours I agreed to on the contract is the minimum number of hours I agree to pay.
